Bryan Johnson

As a carpenter on San Juan Island, Bryan has worked with many remarkable craftsmen and tradespeople building beautiful, architect designed homes. While he loved the work, he had a growing desire for a more efficient and collaborative approach. Emboldened by a vision for a better company culture, he made the leap to start his own company — first Bryan Johnson Construction, Inc., and later Island Craft Builders, LLC. His wife Jennifer brings her MBA and small business consulting experience to the team.

Today, Bryan loves building and tinkering as much as ever. He is always looking for ways to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality. He is obsessed with building a remarkable company culture, with a particular emphasis on world-class collaboration.
